Human Resources Role Summary

Career Team Enterprises is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to support our HR-related duties on a professional level.

  • This role carries out responsibilities in supporting the following functional areas: HR policies and procedures updates, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance and assistance, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and help define and improve Career Teams' work culture and employment law compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management.

This role requires:

  • Implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations;
  • Preparing paperwork, scheduling, and facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
  • Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance;
  • Providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters;
  • Assisting in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributing to the development of policies;
  • Organizing hard and soft copies of employee records;
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to performance evaluations;
  • Coordinating employee satisfaction surveys and giving actionable insights to improve employees' experience;
  • Supporting employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding onboarding, taxes, benefits, and other HR-related matters;
  • Educating employees on HR processes and policies;

The ideal qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations;
  • Expert-level working knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality;
