The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR policy administration. This role is critical in ensuring a positive employee experience and fostering a healthy workplace culture.

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and handle basic employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in the HRIS system.
  • Support audits and reporting as required.
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Track and document employee progress and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training sessions and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Support various HR projects such as engagement surveys, policy updates, and diversity initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
