Full-Time | Night Shift (Aligned to US Pacific Standard Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Associate to join our outsourcing company's growing team. This role will support our remote workforce and US-based clients by handling employee relations, assisting with HR operations, and ensuring labor compliance. The position is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields—or individuals with prior HR or labor relations experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  • Support employee case handling, including minor disputes, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in screening applicants and scheduling interviews.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and digital files.

Engagement and Culture Support

  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and virtual events.

Policy Support

  • Assist in implementing company-wide HR policies and employee handbook updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates; internship or OJT in an HR or BPO setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work on a
