About the role

Join WRN Health Incorporated' as an HR Generalist and contribute to the strategic growth and development of our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Davao City Davao del Sur, you will play a crucial part in driving our human resources initiatives and ensuring a thriving, engaged workforce.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations
  3. Collaborate with managers to understand and address their HR needs, offering strategic advice and practical solutions
  4. Implement and maintain HR information systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting
  5. Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement and development initiatives
  6. Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's HR strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  4. Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  5. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
