Credentialing Coordinator Role

This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is eager to contribute to the credentialing process in a dynamic healthcare startup. With 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment, you will possess strong data entry, documentation, and administrative workflow skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Credentialing Support: Provide thorough support for all aspects of the credentialing process, including application management, primary source verification, and database maintenance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and processes related to credentialing.
  • Privileging and Onboarding: Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Credentialing Reports: Generate credentialing reports, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.

You are a collaborative individual with strong attention to detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data. You have a proven track record of administrative support experience within a healthcare setting or regulated environment and are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
