Credentialing Specialist Opportunity

Are you passionate about streamlining credentialing processes and ensuring seamless healthcare provider integration?

We are seeking a dedicated Credentialing Specialist to handle the complex task of credentialing healthcare providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities as preferred providers in various health care networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify all necessary documentation for credentialing, including accreditation, membership, and facility privileges.
  • Assist healthcare providers with completing payer forms and ensure compliance with payer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with providers regarding credentialing process progress and provide timely updates on new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in US-based credentialing processes.
  2. Proficiency in US medical insurance industry regulations and guidelines.
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  5. Required credentialing certification.

Requirements:

  1. Comfortable working within Eastern Time Zone/US Shift.
  2. Reliable internet access at home.
  3. Mobile hotspot availability.
  4. Minimum 8 GB laptop or desktop computer.
