Job Opportunity: Remote Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our organization in a remote capacity. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via specialized tools
  • Utilizing platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and social media groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confidence on the phone, great follow-up skills, and ability to close candidates
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Ability to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Experience with recruitment software like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • Able to work in a US time zone schedule
