Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Healthcare Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in helping us redefine the future of work for companies worldwide.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting new patient and referral intake information.
  • Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Inputting patient information, medical records (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and billing dates into EMR/EHR systems.
  • Assisting with processing insurance claims, verifying patient insurance information, and handling billing inquiries, concerns, and documentation.
  • Responding to incoming patient inquiries, providing information and directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional.
  • Assisting in analyzing healthcare data, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance, privacy regulations, and maintenance of patient confidentiality.
  • Coordinating the sending of medical records to various departments, healthcare providers, and professionals as directed by the Managing Physician.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
