Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

You will work as part of a global agile team and collaborate with multiple teams and customers to support the installation of Voice and Data services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams and customers to support the installation of Voice and Data services.
  • Building knowledge of specific products within their business group and understanding how critical end-to-end processes fit together.
  • Continually seeking ways to improve internal processes, identifying problems, and helping to solve them.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a network of stakeholders.
