About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will provide assistance and troubleshooting support for clients across various industries.

Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide customers through solutions: Provide step-by-step guidance to customers and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions: Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services: Stay up-to-date with knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous call center experience: Must have prior experience working in a call center environment.
  • Work from home experience: Have experience working from home or remote settings.
  • Strong communication skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including English proficiency.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
