Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical support inquiries from customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to customers on product setup and technical inquiries.
- Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for reference and improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and system updates to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Meet performance targets related to resolution time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of technical support experience in a contact center environment preferred.
- Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish language skills required.
