Job Title: Senior Business Insights Specialist

Job Description

As a Senior Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling business outcomes and delivering actionable insights. You will contribute to the development of strategic plans and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

The Commercial Operations team is accountable for defining and optimizing global sales processes to achieve strategic results. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy to build, track, and evaluate sales funnel metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards to enable effective operations of Global Sales functions.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide insights and drive commercial strategies.
  • Driving continuous improvement by implementing performance monitoring capabilities and developing clear action plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience from FP&A, business intelligence, data science, commercial excellence, or similar fields.
  • Advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (DAX functions).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and data, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build a strong network and interact with stakeholders across organizational structures.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
