Vehicle Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to automotive technicians.

This role combines technical knowledge with exceptional customer service skills to ensure efficient problem resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and technicians via various channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues, identifying root causes and offering clear solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and learning.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all provided solutions meet our quality standards and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Possess State or ASE Certification.
  • Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician (dealership preferred).
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Excel in verbal and written communication abilities, focusing on clear and empathetic customer interactions.
  • Be able to think critically and provide effective solutions under pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
  • Commit to delivering exceptional service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
