Job Opportunity: Engineering Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support for ongoing engineering projects, working closely with the engineer to prepare documentation and drawings. A detail-oriented individual is required to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD software.
  • Prepare diagrams and layouts in Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
  • Assist with developing cutsheets, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Organize and maintain engineering documentation and project files.
  • Conduct research on alternative components or suppliers.
  • Support the engineering team with documentation or technical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic drawing skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in electrical or mechanical engineering support is an advantage.
