Job Title: Warranty Coordinator

The role of the Warranty Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless warranty management, effective customer communication, and timely completion of warranty work within company policies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution, fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure warranty work is efficiently executed and compliant with organizational guidelines.
    • Coordinate vehicle registration activities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
    • Provide exceptional support to clients and internal departments on vehicle-related matters.
    • Negotiate optimal outcomes for client satisfaction, resolving conflicts through diplomatic means.
    • Offer technical and logistical solutions to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize branch operations.
    • Maintain accurate technical records within the company database.
    • Minimize vehicle repair time by ensuring warranty work aligns with warranty provisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
    • Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in guest services or customer-facing roles.
    • Intermediate computer skills.
    • Proven ability to handle customer expectations and conflicts.
    • Supplier management experience.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach.
    • Good time management and prioritization abilities, remaining calm under pressure.
