Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success expert to lead our customer experience function. This strategic role is crucial in driving satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence throughout the customer journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Leadership - Define customer-centric strategies to support growth and own the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Sales Enablement & Channel Coordination - Enable consultative sales process through client communications across various channels and oversee accurate quote and invoice creation using software platforms.
  • Post-Sales Operations & Aftersales Support - Manage client onboarding, equipment setup, and respond to customer inquiries regarding product use and service needs.
  • Shipping, Damage, and Returns Management - Lead customer communications related to logistics and damages and work with logistics teams to ensure fast resolutions.
  • Process Improvement - Monitor recurring pain points and identify opportunities for automation or streamlining processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing operations or customer success role with leadership capacity.
  • E-commerce operations background; software platform experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
