Customer Success Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with assigned clients from Australia, overseeing onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Work in the Australian time zone, focusing on key accounts.
  • Liaise with internal departments to meet client needs effectively.
  • Provide internal feedback on how to better serve clients, build roadmaps, and track progress towards solving customer problems.
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team.
  • Stay up-to-date on product development and latest releases.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Monitor trends, changes, and competitor actions that may affect clients.
  • Bring innovative ideas and approaches to delight customers.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Success or SaaS environment targeting SMBs or enterprise companies.
  • Significant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS & Fintech industries.
  • Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present data and issues to senior management.
  • Confidence working with ambiguity and unknown variables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Possession of passion for start-ups or dynamic environments.
