About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services. This includes providing accurate, valid, and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Interact with customers to provide accurate and timely responses to their inquiries
- Perform problem tracking and ensure issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved
- Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend solutions
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
