About the Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional client experiences by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Client Manager in managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client issues through shadowing for 1 to 2 months.
  • Develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently after training.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clear, professional communication.
  • Seek clarification and ask questions to ensure responses meet client expectations.
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Continuously improve client management skills and stay updated on relevant technology.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
  • Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Team player who asks questions for clarity.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
