
HR Operations Coordinator

This role is key to ensuring our people management processes run smoothly across global teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and employees.

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment support, or administration
- Proven ability to work effectively in distributed teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and common HRIS/ATS systems

Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using HRIS/ATS systems
