Global People Operations Representative Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Global People Operations team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
  • Maintain and audit employment records.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws and HR technology best practices.
