HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to support our Human Resources-related duties on a professional level. This role involves working closely with the HR Manager and VP of HR in supporting our HR function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management, with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.

This position is an integral part of our team and will assist us with our mission of accelerating the human condition.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.

You will also be responsible for preparing paperwork, scheduling, and facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.

Furthermore, you will handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred).

Benefits:

Minimum salary: 50000 PHP/month.

Maximum salary: 52000 PHP/month.

Remuneration currency: PHP.
