Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Human Resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records and files, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • FMLA and Compliance Management: Process and track documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims with utmost care and precision.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to data integrity standards.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
  • Employee Engagement: Respond to employee inquiries, monitor the HR inbox, and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation, generating reports and assisting with audits and data integrity.
  • Payroll Support: Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Compliance Assistance: Assist Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence.
