About BillEase
Billing and payments can be a hassle, but BillEase aims to make it seamless and convenient. As our next Sales Relationship Manager, you'll help shape the future of fintech by planning and executing strategies for B2B acquisition and positioning BillEase as the preferred alternative payment method for Philippine merchants.

Your Role
You will execute and support merchant marketing strategies, implement initiatives to drive sales growth, coordinate with merchants and internally, ensure branding compliance, and improve overall merchant experience. You'll also generate reports, monitor KPIs, provide timely assistance, work closely with the marketing and business development team, and gather feedback to create studies and recommendations for process improvement and innovations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has previous experience in business development, partnership, or acquisition preferably from payment gateways, e-wallets, ecommerce platforms, or retail. A degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or Economics is desirable but not required. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, have a 'get things done' attitude, be passionate about payments and lending products, and possess excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. Customer-centric mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical skills are also essential. Lastly, you should be collaborative and able to work well with other team members.

Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary ranging from PHP 120,000 to PHP 180,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
