We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. This role involves preparing and recording journal entries, reconciling bank accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

  • Prepare and record journal entries and general ledger transactions">
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts">
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures">
  • Help prepare financial statements and supporting documentation">
  • Support internal and external audits">
  • Perform variance analysis and explain key fluctuations">
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies">
  • Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records">

  • ">
  • 1 to 3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)">
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate with numbers">
  • Understanding of GAAP and accounting workflows">
  • Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)">
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar software">
  • Professional English communication (written and verbal)">
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and deadlines in a remote setup">
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve systems">
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and related tools">
