Role Overview
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Records Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial records, reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
