
Remote Financial Record Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, as well as experience with AI tools.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on bookkeeping/accounting, and proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing invoices, reconciling statements, and generating financial reports while handling routine administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Accounting (50%):
- Manage and record financial transactions
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance (if needed)
- General VA Tasks (50%):
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Organize and update files, spreadsheets, and databases
- Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and calendar management
- Support project management tasks using Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- A minimum of 2 years of remote work experience
- Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or FreshBooks
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
- Experience with payroll processing
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
