Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our organization. This is a full-time role that involves maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and categorize transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports to track income and expenses.
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable in a timely and organized manner.
  • Organize receipts and financial documents to facilitate easy access and reference.
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets to create and maintain financial spreadsheets.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience working with U.S. Clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
