Drive Sales Growth as an Outbound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful individual to generate qualified sales appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and highly familiar with outbound outreach best practices. This role requires strong communication skills, creative outreach tactics, and the ability to manage lead generation across multiple channels.

  • Utilize cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients
  • Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile
  • Log all activities and manage prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping data accurate and updated
  • Coordinate closely with our sales team to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals
  • Consistently deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for our sales team

Requirements
  • 4 + years of experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, or a related role
  • Must have working knowledge with business acumen and sales methodology
  • C2-level English (spoken and written)
