Virtual Support Specialist

This is an ideal role for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, and light marketing tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining daily operations, enabling the business owner to focus on growth and team management.

  • Part Time (25hours/week; can grow to full-time)
  • Remote: Australian working hours

The Virtual Support Specialist will be responsible for handling 15–20 inbound and outbound calls daily from new and existing clients, responding to email and text inquiries, including follow-ups and accounts receivable reminders. They will also schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate field staff using a scheduling platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable learning and using platforms like ServiceMate
  • Tech-savvy with good grasp of modern software tools
  • Experience in social media content management
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively
