Outbound Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to design and execute scalable, personalized outreach systems that generate qualified leads and meetings.

This role involves managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each outbound program is executed with precision, personalization, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn).
  • Leverage tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead to maximize conversion.
  • Continuously test messaging, targeting, and cadences to optimize performance.
  • Craft tailored outreach messages at scale using AI tools.
  • Build repeatable systems for automating research, list enrichment, and content customization.
  • Data & Performance Management:
  • Manage prospect databases and campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring clean, enriched, and segmented lists.
  • Track campaign performance, report on KPIs (open, reply, meeting booked, SQL conversion rates).
  • Run experiments to continually improve conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven success designing and running outbound B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization.
  • Experience managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a structured and organized way.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing performance metrics and running structured experiments.
