Dynamic Lead Generation Specialist

This is a sales development role focused on targeted lead generation and connecting with decision-makers in the DTC brand space.

  • Manage a prioritized list of 5,000 leads monthly and run a multi-channel outreach strategy.
  • Book at least 5 qualified discovery calls per month (with the goal of 10+).

This position involves researching, enriching, and prioritizing leads, maintaining clean records, and navigating gatekeepers and objections. You will also be responsible for data discipline, logging activities in HubSpot, and contributing to outbound playbook improvements.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years in B2B outbound sales or BPO/call center sales (appointment setting a plus).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong cold calling and objection handling skills.
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience and high data accuracy.
  • Comfortable with US/PH overlap hours.

Achieving success in this role means meeting daily call targets, hitting performance metrics, and consistently improving connect/reply rates. The ideal candidate will be coachable, resilient, and proactive with a strong passion for research, clean CRM work, and sharp copywriting.
