Job Title: Financial Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key first touchpoint for prospective clients, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between individuals seeking financial clarity and our expert team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, CRM-driven communications) to potential clients to understand their financial goals, retirement concerns, or wealth-building interests.
  • Schedule consultations with the appropriate financial advisers or coaches to align client needs with our personalized services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, notes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with warm leads to ensure engagement and appointment attendance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or client outreach—preferably within financial services, accounting, real estate, or wealth coaching.
  • Passion for financial wellness and understanding of client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills—warm, clear, persuasive, and empathetic.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and workflow tracking; strong organizational habits.
