Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to support our outreach and partnership efforts in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation sector.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with national and state-level NEMT brokers and vendor onboarding teams. Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining accurate lists of key contacts and tracking status updates.
  2. Preparing and submitting capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation.
  3. Coordinating document collection from affiliates and ensuring timely completion.
  4. Maintaining a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps.
  5. Providing administrative support for NEMT onboarding and ensuring all broker requirements are met.
  6. Preparation of weekly status reports and participation in remote meetings.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance.
  2. Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  3. Highly organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in multiple systems.
  4. Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
  5. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and Zoom.
  6. Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or transportation industries is an asset.
  7. Ability to work with partial overlap to U.S. time zones (Pacific or Central Time).
