Job Description

As a key player in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill critical roles within our organization.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs. This may involve developing and executing recruitment plans, building relationships with potential candidates, and conducting outreach efforts to attract the best talent.

Your goal will be to source high-quality candidates who possess the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in our organization. You will need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the job market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Conduct outreach efforts to attract top talent
  • SOURCE HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES WITH DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a minimum of 4-6 years of extensive sourcing experience, including market research/insights experience. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Boolean search, Google X-ray, and other sourcing tools. You should also be proficient in applicant tracking systems and have experience working in client management roles across various stakeholders.
