Third Party Collection Specialist

We are seeking an extraordinary talent to join our team in the role of a Third Party Collection Specialist. This position requires contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients to collect outstanding payments in a patient and professional manner.
  • Maintain trustful relationships with customers while ensuring timely payments.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to resolve payment disputes.
  • Stay up-to-date on collection laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts.
  • Capable of using dialers.
  • Proven account management experience.
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation.
Work from Home Requirements:
  • Windows 11 OS installed.
  • At least 2.0 GHz processor | Intel Core i3, i5, i7, or any dual-core or better processor.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • At least 80 GB hard drive space | At least 20 GB of free space available.
  • One available USB port | USB headset (combined microphone and headphones) with noise-canceling feature.
  • Internet access via cable or fiber only (DSL, satellite, or wireless connections are not permitted). Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps | Minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps | Must be hardwired directly to the PC or laptop (Wi-Fi/wireless not allowed).
