We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and meet their needs.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively prioritize tasks. You should have at least 1-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer service.
