Job Title: Bilingual Jr Dispatcher for Solar Account

This position is a great opportunity to work remotely as a customer service representative, interacting with clients in both English and Spanish. The role involves verifying client information, scheduling appointments, and handling conflicts or last-minute changes.

Bilingual Jr Dispatchers are responsible for communicating effectively with clients, ensuring they have the necessary information for their upcoming appointments. They also handle reminder calls to confirm timing and address any questions or concerns.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week. Previous experience in solar appointment scheduling is preferred.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $5 USD and opportunities for additional earnings through sales. Our weekly pay process is seamless via TransferWise/Paypal/Remitly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call clients to verify key information such as contact details, site readiness, and any specific requirements for the upcoming appointment.
  • Provide clients with reminder calls prior to their scheduled appointments to confirm timing and address any last-minute questions or concerns.
  • Handle any scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes, making sure all parties are informed and adjustments are made seamlessly.
