Customer Service Representative Opportunity

MCI is seeking a customer-focused representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services in a clear and concise manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is critical.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
