Program Manager Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in harnessing data to drive strategic decision-making for internal clients globally.

The Workforce Analytics team is at the forefront of talent strategy and organizational growth, pioneering innovative approaches to HR challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to deliver workforce initiatives tied to analytics products.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end program management to facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions ensuring alignment and adoption of data products.
  • Design and execute change management strategies to support the rollout of analytics tools and insights.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, compliance, and program sustainability.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and communication plans to drive user engagement and capability building.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of lean-agile techniques and their application in planning, estimating, and execution.
  • Good knowledge of one or more data and cloud platforms required.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building within a diverse, cross-functional team.
