The role involves leveraging expertise in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture and Talent Management to deliver strategic workforce transformation projects globally.
As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for clients, focusing on aligning HR functions with organizational goals while prioritizing employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support in capturing industry thought leadership and benchmarking organizational metrics to create high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborating with global project counterparts to ensure effective communication and drive successful outcomes.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to advise and influence them.
Requirements include:
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organization design.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting environments, delivering projects globally.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to challenge and influence clients.
