We're seeking skilled Technical Support Specialists to join our team and provide expert-level assistance to clients across various industries. As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to respond to technical inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.

Candidates must possess prior call center experience and excel in a remote work environment. Additional requirements include:

  • A stable high-speed internet connection

  • High proficiency in English language
  • Experience working from home

Key Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes
  • Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance
