Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled Remote Technical Support Specialists to provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries.
Job Description- Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email with a focus on timely and effective resolutions.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our system to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution.
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- Prior work-from-home experience is a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- A typing speed of 25+ WPM and high-speed internet connection are required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
