We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to provide top-notch remote support for clients with Xerox multifunction printers and copiers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries, gathering essential information and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems, including paper jams, print streaks, driver issues, and network configuration problems.
  • Install and troubleshoot printer drivers, addressing IP conflicts and device connectivity issues.
  • Log service activities in the CRM system, documenting timestamps, machine details, issue descriptions, steps taken, and resolution status.
  • Clearly document and escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians.
  • Provide calm, professional, and supportive communication throughout the troubleshooting process.
Requirements
  • Direct technical support experience working with Xerox printers and copiers.
  • Strong knowledge of multifunction printers, copiers, and common hardware/software issues.
  • Proficiency with remote tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc., to access and configure customer systems securely.
  • Excellent spoken and written English to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support.
