We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective solutions to our clients' technical issues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable with technology and have a strong command of the English language.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong typing speed (20+ WPM)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
