About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the seamless delivery of client projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining project workflows and translating briefs into actionable tasks;
  • Serving as a liaison between internal teams and client-facing teams;
  • Monitoring task progress against Service-Level Agreements (SLAs);

You will also be required to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that all communication is clear, professional, and complete.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for process and communication excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Proficient in Wrike, Teamwork, or similar project management tools;
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts;
  • Experienced in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs;
  • Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment;
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills;
