Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Registered/licensed engineer preferred.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or site management in telecom or construction industries.
  • Preferably a resident of Marikina City or nearby areas.
  • Willing to travel and conduct site visits across LUZON.
  • Proven leadership experience in handling cross-functional teams and multiple site projects.
  • Strong understanding of CME aspects of telecom infrastructure (e.g., tower foundation, grounding, electrical layout, power systems).
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of CME works across multiple telecom construction sites.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of Project Coordinators and site teams, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Review and validate project budgets, cost estimates, and material take-offs to ensure resource optimization.
  • Coordinate closely with Design, Quantity Surveying (QS), Purchasing, and Logistics teams to resolve technical and material-related issues.
  • Oversee timely submission and accuracy of progress reports through platforms such as ISDP, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.
  • Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions for technical issues that arise during project implementation.
  • Review, track, and approve variation orders (VOs) based on design changes or site conditions.
  • Support procurement by identifying local suppliers and verifying that delivered materials meet project specifications.
  • Monitor manpower deployment and ensure payroll submissions are accurate and on schedule.
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings with internal teams and clients; prepare and circulate minutes of the meeting.
  • Ensure all close-out documentation (as-built plans, test reports, permits, photos) are submitted timely and accurately.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Train and mentor junior coordinators and site engineers.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Project Manager or Department Head.
