We're seeking a results-driven Program Director to lead our projects from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual who can thrive in a structured environment and take ownership of workflows and client communication.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience using project management tools and a proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
The selected Program Director will be responsible for:
- Auditing and converting existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
- Building and maintaining internal documentation for project status reviews
- Creating and managing external-facing status updates for clients
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule
- Ensuring smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines
To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Status Updates: Provide regular progress reports to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Project Management Tools: Proficient in using Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
- Administrative Experience: Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
