Job Title: Short-Term Rental Guest Services Agent

Job Summary:
This role requires an individual to act as the primary contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. The agent will be responsible for promptly responding to inquiries, resolving guest issues, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and communications in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
