Customer Experience Representative

The primary objective of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized attention and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests.

  • Identify loyal customers and foster strong relationships through consistent, high-quality service, thereby encouraging repeat visits.
  • Establish a rapport with guests and exhibit a positive attitude, demonstrating active listening skills and a willingness to help at all times.
  • Predict and address guest needs and concerns across various levels of our resort, responding thoughtfully and promptly.
  • Offer insightful information about our resort's facilities, entertainment options, and benefits to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Encourage guests to fully engage in gaming activities and stay informed about ongoing promotions, events, and entertainment offerings within the premises and on-site.
Requirements
  • College degree or higher
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Independence, responsibility, and self-motivation
